The Mexican Association of Robotics and Industry, A.C. (AMRob), and the National Technological Institute of Mexico Campus Tijuana are pleased to invite Students, Teachers, Researchers and Professionals who are in the industry, to send their contributed papers to XXIII Mexican Congress of Robotics (COMRob 2021), which will be held Wednesday through Friday, October 27-29, 2021 at Tecnológico Nacional de México, Tijuana Campus, Tijuana, Baja California, México. The paper submission site will be open from April 19th to June 20th, 2021; authors resources and more event information will be available at the web page of the congress: https://comrob.tijuana.tecnm.mx/2021/. Important submission dates: Full Paper Submission Date 6/20/2021 (extended to 21/07/2021), Notification of Acceptance Date 8/30/2021, and Final Paper Submission Date 9/30/2021.

Scientific Committee will evaluate quality of contributions, on August 14th the acceptance or rejection of the articles will be notified. At least one of the authors must register to the event and make the oral presentation. The committee will select the articles that will compete for the Dr. Rafael Kelly award, based on the quality of its technological contribution to the Robotics area, notifying the authors; these articles must be presented by student authors in order to be evaluated in their oral presentation as well. The former presidents committee will evaluate the article, oral presentation, and its contribution to robotics area, selecting a winner for both undergraduate and post-graduate categories, the latter will be provided an economic stimulus and recognition.
Since 2020, an award to best articles submitted by students is given, in industrial robotics related topics, in honor to our association member and former president M.C. Javier Campos; the scientific committee will evaluate nominated articles, as well as the presentation, selecting a winner for economic stimulus and recognition.
Best evaluated articles by the scientific committee will be published in AMRob Journal: Theory and Applications magazine. Further, it is under consideration that best evaluated and English written articles will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library data base.
